The Clubroom is located on the 32nd Floor of the Viridian Building. The ClubRoom is open to the Tenants of the Viridian and has much to offer. The Club Room may also be reserved by residents in advance for private functions.

The ClubRoom also has a small kitchen attached, a small balcony, and a telescope for residents to get a closer look at the surroundings.

The swimming pool is a popular amenity at the Viridian and from this roof top pool side residents and their guests are 32 stories closer to a good sun tan!

The Fitness Center is also located on the 32nd floor along with the swimming pool and the club room. Residents enjoy great views of the city while exercising, however, there are also flat screen tv's mounted for those who'd like to tune in while working out.

The lobby entrance is impressive and comfortable. The Concierge is located in the main lobby which is right beside the mailroom. If you're expecting a package but will not be home when it is delivered have no fear. The concierge will sign for you and you can pick it up when you get home.
